Well the product I received was half damaged, when I consulted the brand, firstly there were very cooperative and told me that they we'll replace it in 4-5 days but after it they totally ghosted me, ignored my msgz. At last when I threatened them that I'll give a bad rating and vice versa, they replied to me and told me that they'll refund the price of the broken jug. I said ok but they refunded half prize of the jug and till now they have ignored my msgz
